The Broadway star was born on July 16, 1956, in California. Joseph Louis “Joe” Cranston, who owned a restaurant, and his mother, Peggy Sell. Both of his parents were extremely proud of him when he first started in the entertainment industry. They provided him with whatever financial or emotional assistance he needed.

Bryan is best known for playing Walter White in the TV series Breaking Bad. In Malcolm in The Middle, Seinfeld, and All the Way, he portrayed US President Lyndon B. Johnson. Bryan had not been earning significant paychecks from acting roles before the premiere of Breaking Bad in May 2008.
