Responsibilities For Maintenance Jobs

Here we mention The Maintenance Jobs Person’s responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Daily maintenance of the interior’s cleanliness
Taking care of the exterior of the house
Equipment, stock rooms, restrooms, and outside and inside windows must be clean
A truck or vehicle must be unloaded/loaded
Garbage should be taken out and loaded into the trash compactor
Make sure the roof and HVAC units are clean
Removing snow is a required service
Maintain the building by painting, carpentry, lighting, and door hardware, as well as finishing the building

Qualification Requirements For Maintenance work

GED or high school graduation
Must possess or obtain a valid New York driver’s license (or reliable daily transportation)
Ability to lift and move materials weighing more than 50 pounds.
Working from ladders and climbing ladders is a requirement
Working in confined spaces is a must
Capable of working inside, outside, and in inclement weather
Work with water and around it
Work with animals and around them
In addition to normal tasks, being able to prioritize emergencies and respond to them is a valuable skill.
Working weekends and holidays is a must
