Responsibilities of Etisalat Careers
- Prepares, updates, and recommends suitable pricing strategies as well as searches for suitable venues abroad for product/service presentation/participation. Manages and develops marketing campaigns to meet market segment needs.
- Conception & refinement of creative ideas for various advertising campaigns, working in conjunction with superior and product management, to capture the interest of sales prospects.
- Understanding the services and products offered by C&WS from a commercial and technical perspective, in particular, and interacting with the product management team on a daily basis to develop and maintain specifications.
- Regularly informs superiors of any changes in the market, tactical issues for product/service updates, and the formulating of strategic plans.
- Provides sales presentations to targeted clients to promote C&WS services.
- Improve the image of the corporation and its logo by attending and participating in exhibits, conferences, and related events.
- Providing comprehensive professional support to Superior to increase sales and revenue for C&WS by offering more sales and quality customer service.
- Maintains contacts with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the client’s objectives. Conducts sales/client calls on an ongoing basis to follow-up on potential clients.
- Makes sure the product team is aware of the availability, and updates for requested services/products with Sales Support ahead of committing any services/concluding any deal.
- Provides inputs on sales and tariff issues through monitoring and reviewing sales revenues and tariff rates.
- Participants in the development of business development strategies, including the identification of targeted countries for business expansion and revenue generation.
- Understanding of the customer’s business and decision criteria; anticipating and communicating the customer’s needs to management
- Developed new sales opportunities by communicating to appropriate departments the needs of customers and recommending solutions. Followed up on implementations and development.
- Additional duties may be performed as needed.
